New in the shop! Newborn Headwrap - Newborn Lace Tieback - Newborn Photography Prop - Handmade flowers - Paper Flowers
Hi there!! Have you seen the new tiebacks that are now listed in my shop? Each lace tieback includes two HANDMADE Vintage Blooms. Each flower is hand cut and formed to a beautiful bloom out of high quality paper. These are NOT pre-made flowers. 100% Unique! No two blossoms are EVER alike!

It's been a long time...
It's been such a long time since I blogged!! It's been a hard season on my family and we've all taken turns getting sick. But I'm back!
My ETSY shop has been open since May of 2010 and I've never struggled as much as I have in the past few months. I've struggled with designing and struggled with selling. Facebook was a huge help in getting my small business off the ground. Once Facebook did updates and started the "promote" for more views option, my sales and interaction went down sooooooooooo fast! I have to admit, it was heartbreaking. Customers now barely see my posts. New followers, well, they don't know a thing about me b/c they never see any of my posts either! Isn't that sad?!?! It has made me lose all sorts of motivation.
I have contemplated closing my shop, but I have put so much hard work into this little business. I LOVE to design. I LOVE seeing my items in action. I just can't close it... I would feel defeated.
Over the next few months I will be working super hard in filling up my shop again with items for all ages, not just newborns. I'm hoping that you continue to follow along and share with all of your friends and family. I would love to hear what you would like to see in my shop! I will also be posting some fun things for older ladies - including makeup reviews. Yes, I said it. MAKEUP REVIEWS! In case you didn't know, I've been a makeup artist for years and continue to freelance. So why not share some of that fun too! Products I love, hate, etc. :-)

I would love your feedback on this question - I know my business name tends to address "Baby" items despite it being put together after the flower - would it be worth changing my business name or should I continue as "Baby's Breath Handmade"?
Also - any blogs that would like to trade ad space, please comment below! I would love the opportunity!
